HeyMada is designed to support reflective coaching conversations informed by established coaching competencies and ethical principles published by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including publicly available guidance related to AI-supported coaching. We are committed to continuous review and improvement of our system.

Your data is yours

Your coaching conversations belong to you. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your coaching conversations to train publicly available AI models.

Coaching — not therapy

HeyMada supports personal and professional growth through coaching-style conversations. It does not provide therapy, medical advice, crisis intervention, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

AI with boundaries

AI helps generate reflections, summaries, and prompts to support your thinking. It does not diagnose, assess mental health conditions, or make legally binding decisions. You remain fully responsible for your choices and actions.

Privacy by design

We work with carefully selected infrastructure providers under strict contractual safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited.

Human support when you choose

Human coaching sessions are available when you want deeper support. AI is designed to complement — not replace — professional care.
